These Terms & Conditions regulate the access and use of the portal finoriva.com, owned by Finoriva Análisis Inmobiliario, S.A.P.I. de C.V. By browsing the portal you accept these terms in their entirety.

1. Object

The portal offers analytical, editorial and educational content related to real estate crowdlending and participatory investment in tangible assets in Mexico. The content does not constitute investment advice, public offering or solicitation.

2. Editorial nature

Finoriva is not a brokerage, investment fund or capital intermediary. The information published is editorial in nature and is based on public sources and proprietary methodology. Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

3. Permitted use

Access to the portal is free. The user undertakes to use the contents for lawful purposes, respecting the intellectual and industrial property rights of Finoriva and third parties.

4. Intellectual property

All elements of the portal (texts, graphics, logos, charts, methodology) are the property of Finoriva or are licensed to it. Reproduction, distribution or transformation is prohibited without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of liability

Finoriva does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the portal nor the absolute absence of errors. Within the limits permitted by Mexican law, it is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit derived from the use of the information published.

6. Risks of investment in real estate crowdlending

Investment in participatory real estate financing entails risks: total or partial loss of capital, execution delays, liquidity risk, regulatory risk and counterparty risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the federal legislation of the United Mexican States. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
