Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Finoriva Análisis Inmobiliario, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Finoriva", "we") collects, uses and protects the personal data of users of the portal finoriva.com, in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties of the United Mexican States (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
1. Data controller
Finoriva Análisis Inmobiliario, S.A.P.I. de C.V., RFC FAI220615L37, with registered address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 250, Floor 18, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, 06600, Ciudad de México, México, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect: full name and email address when you subscribe to the newsletter; technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, language, time zone) for security and audience measurement purposes; and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
Primary purposes: (a) deliver the analytical brief and the catalog of monitored projects; (b) attend to communications and consultations; (c) comply with legal and tax obligations applicable in Mexico. Secondary purposes: statistical analysis and quality improvement of the editorial content.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the express consent granted at the time of subscription, in accordance with Article 8 of the LFPDPPP, and on the legitimate interest of Finoriva in maintaining its editorial activity.
5. Data transfer
We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with technology service providers (email hosting, audience measurement) under confidentiality agreements and contractual obligations of protection.
6. ARCO rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke consent, by sending a written request to privacy@finoriva.com indicating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of an official identification.
7. Retention period
Subscription data is retained while the user maintains an active subscription and up to five years after the last interaction, in compliance with the applicable Mexican tax and commercial regulations.
8. Security
Finoriva applies administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorized access or unlawful processing, in accordance with the recommendations issued by the INAI (National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection).
9. Changes
Finoriva reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. The current version will be published on this same page with the corresponding update date.
